Director
The Director works closely with the Managing Director to execute the business and board strategies. Whilst the MD oversees all operations, the director is responsible for fo a specific part of the business (engineering, financial, build, etc) They provide reports to the MD. share their plans, producing comprehensive business plans to demonstrate a successful delivery. They delegate responsibilities to various mid-level managers, supervise the work and provide regular updates to the MD about progress.
