Head of Client Relations

Salary : EUR 4000 to EUR 6000 Per Month

The role of a Head of Clients Relations is to build new relationships and maintain the current portfolios. The role is often smaller projects which involves working with the marketing and sales team to create a cohesive campaign. A background in a previous business to business environment is critical to candidates applying for these roles. The candidate is expected to be very creative, experience and be able to confidently deliver projects to tight deadlines. Previously used successful campaigns are recycled however there must creativity displayed to not show any form of stagnation.

Qualifications, training and skills required

• Degree in IT
• Previous experience in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of setting and achieving KPIs
• Strong knowledge of CRM Technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
