Doctor

Salary : EUR 5000 to EUR 6000+ Per Month

Some yachts require an on board doctor, either to ensure the health and wellness of the crew or because an owner requires the care of a medical professional.

Qualifications, training and skills required

  • Professional medical degree
  • Several years experience once qualified on land or cruise ship
  • Management of on board medical supplies
  • Responsible for all shipboard health-related matters including outbreak prevention, and illness
  • STCW & PSA
  • ENG 1 Medical

Extra desired training

  • Prior boating experience
  • Water sports experience
