As the title says the role involves ensuring all the IT systems on the yacht are fully operations. System developers work in small teams to ensure the systems are effective and also are constantly looking at ways to be more productive and efficient. When making any changes to systems they have to ensure the risk is measured accordingly. They are responsible for the data held within the systems and, if any sharing is required, it is transferred securely. They are required to troubleshoot any issues as soon as possible and escalate, where applicable.
