Charter Manager
Salary : EUR 3000 to EUR 4000+ Per Month
The role involves managing the yacht and ensuring the client needs are met accordingly. Charter managers work closely with the accounts manager to ensure that funds are distributed across all departments to meet the client brief. Charter managers are the point of contact for the client and captain and therefore being an effective communicator is crucial. They're responsible for carrying out periodic reviews which include reviewing the yacht specifications. Charter managers are often required to prepare the yacht for boat shows and represent it at the event too.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous managerial experience
- Work under pressure
