Dany Duncan set up ElementalUK in 2006 to enable people to get closer to the elements – whether by immersing themselves in the thrills and spills of the Cornish coast or hitting natural highs in the mountains of France.

He called it ElementalUK because, having spent more than 25 years teaching in the great outdoors at home and abroad, he knows that huge rewards come your way when you immerse yourself in the elements. The benefits are huge: your confidence increases, your understanding grows, you have fun, you become healthier, you learn new skills and you generally feel at one with the world. What’s not to like?
