Mike Dymond has some forty years of maritime experience behind him. This includes time on ships and submarines mainly in a training role. During the last fourteen years Mike has been dealing exclusively with small commercial and pleasure craft, (17'-70'). He has been employed as the principal of one of the UK's leading sailing schools and is a yachtmaster instructor (commercially endorsed) and a RYA examiner (power/sail). Mike has also worked for the RNLI as a pleasure craft safety co-ordinator and the RYA as a code of practice inspector on commercial craft.
