Established in 2005 the School is an RYA recognised teaching centre run by Jon Mendez as he wanted others to have access to his passion for boats. As a specialist ‘Power’ training centre we concentrate on giving you the best tuition available on your boat or ours. We also try and make it fun, as when you are smiling you always seem to remember more! We operate all over Europe throughout the year specialising in Practical Power Boat handling from February to November, with shore based theory & navigation courses all year round. Our fully equipped premises, based on the River Hamble lead onto the Solent, arguably the world’s best training area. Travel wise we are right by Juntion 8 on the M27, 5 minutes from the M3 making us only an hour from West London, the home counties and Heathrow. Main line railway stations are 10 minutes away at Southampton Airport. Local accommodation is available if required. We specialise in small group training, intensive and semi-intensive.
