OceanWave Monaco provide specialist training to yacht crew across all departments. We offer all levels of HABC Food Safety Training and Ship’s Cook Certificate Assessment Training, compliant with CISR and many other flag states. The Ship’s Cook Assessment course is run in accordance with the requirements of MLC to confirm whether the candidates have the necessary skills and knowledge to then apply to ‘Flag’ for the ‘Ships Cook Recognition Certificate.’ Courses can be held at either of our premises in Monaco or Antibes, and are ideal for running onboard your yacht, at a time and place to suit you, supporting crew of all levels, both onboard and onshore.

We also offer bespoke Galley Set-up, SOP, Water Safety Plan and New Build Services.
