We are a small RYA approved school set on the Mediterranean coast south of Barcelona. We have specialised in providing the range of RYA theory courses to small groups and even one to one tuition. The individual attention has meant that we have been very successful in getting students to achieve the required standards even those who had failed with others on previous attempts. The school principal has been running the courses for 10 years following a previous life in the UK in electronic engineering managing the development of new products for a number of large companies including Raymarine so I have first hand experience in all aspects of electronic navigation. It is recognised that the number of people that can be persuaded to come out to Spain is limited delightful as it is, so the on line platform now offers us a chance to bring our style of training to a wider audience. The courses do have a high level of automation and can be followed with little human interaction but we want to stress that we still go for the personal touch. This means that if you have any problems at all we are available to advise and even provide additional lessons remotely if that is what is thought is required. We are available at all times by e mail or via our on line classroom. This allows us to chat via SKYPE and also share images via PC. Because we specialise in running only the theory courses you will not notice any decrease in attention during the summer months where schools are often diverted running practical courses.
