Chief Engineer (SV) Auxiliary Equipment (part 2)

The SV Auxiliary Equipment II course is required to obtain the Small Vessel Chief Engineer <3000kW/<500gt and <9000kW/<3000gt CoCs, and also to convert some Yacht Engineer CoCs to the SV Chief Engineer CoCs.

A five day course certificated by SQA examination, covering:

• Hydraulic Systems
• Electrical Plant
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (AC) Plant
• High Pressure Air Compressor & Air System
• Lifting Plant
• Alternative Fuels
• Ship Construction & Dry Docking
