The 1-day Proficiency in Crisis Management and Human Behaviour (CMHB) Course is appropriate for all officers and decision makers who have responsibility for managing the response to a crisis or emergency situation.

The course focuses on the safety of passengers and crew on board, the effective management of human behaviour factors during a crisis and how to maintain effective communications throughout an emergency situation. The outcome of this training is to enable a crisis situation to be effectively managed with minimum loss, low levels of stress and panic and successful actions.
