The 1-day Crowd Management Training (CMT) Course provides practical knowledge for dealing with large or small groups of people, passengers or crew, in emergencies or stressful situations.

The course covers the important rules for effective crowd management and explains the various factors affecting human behaviour in an emergency or stressful situations.

This course is designed for crew with any duty that involves assisting passengers or crew in crowded conditions, emergencies or an evacuation of a vessel or offshore installation.
