Upon successful completion of this course, participants will gain exclusive insight into various service styles aboard luxury vessels, along with customs, techniques, and etiquette associated with traditional Silver Service and other relevant styles.
The instructive, practical, and interactive course covers diverse topics, including table setups, and service types such as Silver Service, Champagne / Wine Service, Caviar Service, and Coffee Service. Additionally, students will learn to implement and manage Food & Beverage Service procedures to the highest standards.
They will also acquire supervisory skills essential for organizing guest service efficiently. By the course's end, students will have developed a 5-star service skill set and a profound understanding of luxury menu items.

- Managing Guest Experience: Events onboard & in destination.
