With our Super Yacht Interior Training  you will learn standards for all levels of  Yacht Crew working in the Interior departments of a Super Yacht .

Course Structure

This pack contains:

• Wine, Bartending Introduction In this course you will learn theoretical and practical bases to learn the basics of cocktails as well as basic techniques of international cocktails, Study the products and families of Alcoholic Beverages, Spirits Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, and Whisky, basic introduction to wine, its origins, varieties, and rituals followed by for wine service on board a Superyacht.
• Basic Food Service / Silver Service  The module is instructive, practical, and interactive and includes mise& place, table setup, different service styles, silver service, buffet service, practice in serving guests, basic Champagne, and wine service.
• Introduction to Yachting & Yachting Life The aim of the course is to teach important techniques on the yacht. It\\\'s important to learn good communication and effectively work with the yacht\\\'s team. It\\\'s a practical and interesting course where they will teach all departments on boars diferent type of Yachts and how to build a strong CV together important networking for jobs sources.
•  Food Safety & Hygiene module MCA approved is aimed at providing the crew with the necessary classroom-based training as required by MCA regulations. This course is specifically oriented for personnel working in service or galley on luxury yachts. Training is an essential part of good food hygiene practice and is a legal requirement for all food handlers.

Methodology

Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combining with self study on the platform the student will attend on class sessions at Barcelona Crew Academy , with our expert teacher, the course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with of practical demonstrations by applying skills.

Certificate

The training provided by International Luxury Training includes a Diploma Certificate is awarded by, the Guest Program- IAMI is a MCA accepted interior training International Luxury Training is member of  PROFESSIONAL YACHTING ASSOCIATION. All courses are certified by IAMI Association & G.U.E.S.T.
