HUMAN ELEMENT LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT (HELM) - MANAGEMENT LEVEL
This course will develop your awareness and understanding of the key human factors influencing performance on board a vessel at a managerial level. Delegates will acquire useful tools and build upon existing leadership and managerial skills with the overall aim of enhancing the safe operations of the ship and the care of all persons on board.
Entry Requirements:
You should hold a Deck or Engineering Certificate of Competency at the operational level and meet the minimum seagoing service requirements for the issue of a Management Level Certificate of Competency.
