HUMAN ELEMENT LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT (HELM) - OPERATIONAL LEVEL

This course will provide you with awareness and understanding of the key human factors influencing performance on board a vessel at an operational level. Delegates will acquire and develop tools and practical skills to apply on board, enhancing the safe operation of the ship and care for personnel.

Entry Requirements:

You should meet the minimum seagoing service requirements for the issue of a first Certificate of Competency.
