Course Structure
Similar to the RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification the MCA Master (Code vessel less than 200GT) is very useful when operating from foreign ports when the port officials are more used to recognising MCA or Flag State qualifications.
The Master 200 has two different operational levels; ‘limited’, allowing operation up to 150 miles or ‘unlimited’ for worldwide use.
Master 200 is an oral examination taken at one of the MCA offices. We are offering a 5 day classroom based course to prepare you for your examination. Examination NOT included.
