Useful Information
“ A fantastic course! One of those instances where one really doesn't realise how little they understand of a subject until it is explained to them. Engaging and in- formative. I have already made changes on board based on what I learnt.

" Hannah was very caring, understanding and concerned for our well being during this course which was very much appreciated. She did a wonderful job explaining everything - everything ran on time and it was an overall very good experience. I wish that my laptop would have been working so I could have seen everyone! Other than that - I am very pleased with the content we were provided."

" I am extremely satisfied with the course. Considering it only lasted 2 days, much was covered but in a way the students could absorb the content and apply it, with the combination of the text material with VLE class and group discussions.I have learned a lot and discovered a new interest, so I am definitely going to dedicate more time into learning more about mental health and how to assist others and myself.I wanted to particularly thank instructor Hannah for being so caring and empathetic. I know this is what it would be expected of an instructor of a Mental Health awareness/first aid, but it is worth mentioning nevertheless. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and did go the extra mile and made herself available for personal queries after every single online class.I hope MHFA keeps growing and and more and more people receive this vital training. Hopefully schools will also adopt and teach children and teenagers more about mental health. Thanks again! "
