RYA Competent Crew

The Competent Crew Course is a beginner level course, which prepares candidates for becoming active crew members rather than just passengers. As part of the Competent Crew course you will learn to sail and cover all the aspects of routine on a sailing yacht, including sleeping, cooking and sailing to become a Competent Crew member.

Course Duration:

This course runs in two different formats:

• Over five consecutive days, starting on a Saturday, Monday or Wednesday

• Or over a Split weekend this includes a separate 2-day and 3-day weekend

There are no pre-requisites for this course.
