During stage 3, the children sail Toppers single handed and learn how to rig, launch and sail in any direction.
If they are able, the children should provide a boat to add to the training flotilla. It is important to note that they may not be sailing their own boat.
If you have a Topper you are willing to lend then this will help us to offer places to as many children as possible.
