This course will enable sailors to use boats with spinnakers and so sail the boats towards their maximum potential. The aim of this course is to sail the boats as quickly as possible. This means that people taking this course need to be able to move themselves around a dinghy with ease. A trapeze harness may also be used, this will be provided by the centre.
