RYA Seamanship Skills

Having completed the Better Sailing course you can advance to the RYA's Seamanship Skills course. This course helps you learn how to manoeuvre a dinghy in a seamanlike manner and make seamanship decisions in moderate conditions. The course takes two days over a weekend and covers practical and theoretical elements. You will increase your self reliance and decision making as a sailor. The course also contains most of the pre-requisites to become an RYA Assistant Instructor at Albany Park. The course runs in November.
