Full time in-person training delivered over 5-days. Foundation level techniques equivalent to the latter section of Bronze Award Flexible. Suitable as both; a qualifying Level 2 module in conjunction the Professionals programme (WhitePepper Online), or as an independent in-person culinary training week.
