Join us for an intensive week of culinary training designed to equip both existing and aspiring yacht chefs with an up to date repertoire of recipes, skills and techniques. The Yacht Chef course focuses on cooking and plating, suitable for the most refined plates. It also considers time management, ingredients sourcing and dietary preferences. It understands that guest meals aren’t always onboard and also that a well fed crew is a productive boat.
