Welcome to Steward(ess)/Cook Yachting 101!
Whether you\'re a Yacht Owner looking to invest in your crew member, an experienced stew seeking to expand your skills, or are new to yachting and seeking a perfect way to get your foot in the door, this class will boost your confidence and experience.
During these 7 days, you will learn everything you need to know to take on the daunting dual role of steward(ess) and cook on a private yacht. This will be an intensive course that covers all aspects of this position, from service to culinary skills.
Participants will gain a strong foundation in safety procedures, galley operations, culinary skills, table settings and service, time management, budgeting, guest relations, proper care of the vessel\'s interior, expectations of deck duties, and cover fundamentals of crew communication onboard.
By the end of the week, we will make sure you are fully prepared to excel as a stewardess/cook and provide the pinnacle of service at sea. This fast-paced course will require dedication and hard work, but will provide immense rewards as you progress in your yachting career.
