ADVANCED MIXOLOGY COURSE

This course is designed for either Experienced Bartenders who wish to take their Mixology knowledge to an advanced level or for previous students who have successfully completed our International mixology course.

It is suitable for alumni seeking a higher qualification who already possesses good product knowledge and cocktail-making abilities.

We run this course monthly so you can pick the right schedule according to your needs. It\'s a week of full-time and intensive cocktail knowledge starting on Monday and finishing on Wednesday (10 am till 5 pm)

Course Structure

The course objective is to teach the right modern mixology techniques and the international product knowledge required in any professional bar environment, from luxury hotels to stand-alone bars, from high-quality restaurants to luxury yacht.

The course will cover everything you need to know about cocktail mixology and would bring your knowledge up to speed on subjects like:

- New Cocktails Trends

- Advanced Mixology techniques

- Advanced Product knowledge of main spirits categories (Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Gin, Whiskey..Etc.)

- Advanced Distillation concepts

- Ice Manipulation

- Presenting and Garnishing

Furthermore, included in the price, the course will culminate with the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirit exam. The best and most known qualification in spirit is recognised in 70 countries globally.
