Summary
Seeking a Temporary Crew Chef to join a 44-meter M/Y. Vessel runs with a team of 8 (including Chef). Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Candidate must be drama free and please no inflated egos. Candidate must exhibit flexibility, strong attention to detail, work well within a team as well as independently.
Summer 2024: FLL for approximately 3-4 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation Package: Above Industry Standard
Skills and Attributes Required:
•Ability to cook a variety of foods and provide a varied menu for crew
•Competent in provisioning and monitoring stock and inventories
•Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, whilst monitoring budget and waste
•Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
•Professional Presentation
Qualifications Required:
•STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
•Food and Hygiene Level 2
•Ships Cook Certificate (preferred)
•Seafarers Medical Certificate
•Valid B1/B2 Visa
Non-Smoker/No Visible Tattoos
