We are looking for an experienced Senior Deckhand who is well-rounded, driven and enthusiastic, for a prestigious 100m+ Newly Built Private MY.
Our ideal candidate is organized and efficient, good with juggling a lot if things at the same time, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented, driven with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, to be part of a great team. A down to earth, level-headed candidate, with a great sense of humour. This role is open for candidates with Min 2 years’ experience as a Deckhand on a 50m + MY.
Looking for a candidate that is energetic and wanting to lead from the front, to give some energy, drive and direction to a great team onboard. The Senior Deckhand is to lead and set the pace for a team of 6 Deckhands, willing to exceed guest expectations.
Lead by example and should have good experience working with projects like paint and sika.
Must be confident and happy driving all kinds of large tenders like Wajer 55s etc. and have experience with crane operations. Heliops is an advantage.
This summer was their first post launch, currently doing some warranty work and the plan after that, it will possible be a world travelling yacht.
Many of the crew onboard has worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH... This will be a continual / annual season MY with experienced and adventurous owners, happy to take their yacht off the beaten track but also equally happy to dock in big cities that allows exploration, so this role is not for the faint hearted, we need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the guest and owners.
This role would best suit a Senior Deckhand who is adventurous and who wants to join a professionally run yacht traveling to some amazing destinations. Someone with Love for the water and watersports is a bonus.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Yacht Master, OOW Modules would be an advantage, B1B2 is a bonus
Requirements for application: Min 2 years’ experience on a 50m- 70m+ MY and experience on leading a team, proven longevity, Yacht Master (essential) with OOW modules started are beneficial, Water Sports Background is a bonus, can lead from the front and by example, train and build a great deck team, good references are a must. A true No-Smoker/ NO-Vaping
Salary: 3.500 – 4.000 Euros DOE

Additional Information The HOD's have a strong focus on crew wellbeing, ample time off given to crew when onboard, and great crew facilities and a large crew gym.
Build/Refit experience or additional trade background advantageous
60 days leave
