STCW + Refresher as needed

Current Marine Medical (ENG1). 6 months minimum
Passport (6 months minimum)

Conversational English level required.
Good verifiable references
MUST be a professional, hardworking, works without supervision. An organizer, happy disposition.
Proven longevity.
Job specifics: 12 guests, 11 crew.
Ideally looking for:
Non-smokers
Light to non-drinkers
Positive team player with an outgoing personality
Ideally no visible tattoos
Fit and capable of lifting 50 pounds
Formal qualifications from known culinary art schools with extensive knowledge and experience in cooking techniques, food preparation and culinary arts.
Time served as a Chef in Michelin or other highly rated restaurants a plus.
Strong cuisine knowledge/expertise such as USA, French, Italian, Indian, Thai, Greek, Asian, Vegetarian and Pastry. Other cuisines expertise valued.
A solid foundation in these areas is critical, as chef is solely responsible for creating delicious, healthy, varied and aesthetically pleasing dishes for both owners, passengers and crew.
Strong food safety & hygiene standards important.
The ability to work alone quickly, efficiency, be well organized, able to handle stress with a positive, calm attitude.
Good clear communication skills sets important.
About the job: Vessel will be privately operated with owners/guests in the USA and Caribbean. Light charters, there are 2X 1-week charters booked for Xmas/New Year 2024

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines, DOE. All year-round position.
Package: Complies with MLC2006 guidelines. To be finalized during hiring process.
