Can turn into permanent position for female candidates and other fleet opportunities for male candidates (due to summer cabin arrangements)

We are looking for a male or female deckhand to join a busy charter vessel during the winter/maintenance period.
Main jobs will be:
· Cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the vessel
· Organising Deck spaces
· Assist Chief Officer with daily duties
· Watch keeping while in port
This job will start as a temp job and can turn into a permanent position for the right female candidate for the Saison 2025 on this highly reputable & successful charter vessel. (For strong male candidate we are happy to assist for opportunities within the fleet)
We consider experienced candidates as well as candidate afterwards es with navy background or tall ship sailing background, preferably based in the EU.
Requirements:
· STCW Basic Safety Training
· Valid seafarers’ medical certificate
