Chief Stewardess Needed for 60+ m Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Stewardess to join our team on a 60+ m yacht. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. As the Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for managing the interior team and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the interior team to provide top-notch service
- Oversee all aspects of guest service, including dining, housekeeping, and event planning
- Maintain an immaculate interior environment, ensuring all areas are clean and well-presented
- Coordinate with the Captain and other department heads to ensure seamless operations
- Manage inventory and provisioning for interior supplies
- Train and mentor junior stews, fostering a positive and professional team environment
Requirements and Package:
- Minimum of 5 years of yachting experience
- At least 2 years in a Chief Stewardess position
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Salary: €6,000 per month
- 45 days of leave per year with 1 return flight included
