Deckhand Needed for 60+ m Yacht
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Deckhand to join our team on a 60+ m yacht. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the yachting industry and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of the vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the deck and exterior areas
- Support in docking and undocking procedures
- Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Help with water sports equipment and guest activities
- Collaborate with the crew to provide a seamless guest experience
Requirements and Package:
- Salary: €3,000 per month for experienced candidates; €2,800 per month for those without experience
- 45 days of leave per year with 1 return flight included
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
