Summary
We are looking for a dayworker to help us out in the Galley.
140 Euros a Day, food included. Working hours -8.00-17.00
Tasks below;
- Conduct thorough cleaning of the galley and dry storage, cold storage areas, focusing on all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Clean and detail all kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Empty and clean drawers and cupboards, ensuring that all utensils and kitchenware are sanitized and organized.
- Return items to their designated places after cleaning.
Work closely with Sous Chef and management to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
