SHOREBASED POSITION
Hill Robinson Recruitment are delighted to bring this exciting opportunity to the market. This position will work closely with the Executive Chef and the estate staff to facilitate arrangements for meetings and special events, coordinate projects as assigned by the Executive Chef, and work in a proactive manner to bring ease and comfort to the Principal’s daily routine.
Role Responsibilities:
- Make arrangements for meetings, special events and to coordinate with staff, family office, vendors and contractors
- Work with the Executive Chef on projects, plan/execute high level dinners and events
- Inventory control and management of service items
- Shop for supplies for household, personal and also occasional groceries
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning of the kitchen, butler pantry workspaces for service and entertainment
- Create seating charts, place cards and guests, artistic table arrangements using your floristry skills and tableware
- Training of team members on how to provide the high level of service
Skills:
- This role you will be required to work full time around the property and be able to travel at times short notice.
- Being a team player to help assist other team members within the estate
- Flexible, integrity and creative problem solving skills
- Work under pressure with deadlines and changing priorities
- Being able to travel without assistance
You must have the right to live and work in the U.S without assistance for this position.
