Rotational 2nd Chef – Support Vessel 90m+
- Start date: 17th of December
- Location: Europe / Middle East
- Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid day Leave (3:3)
Experience and attributes required:
- Strong awareness of workplace hygiene and personal hygiene
- Solid Leadership skills, ability to manage a multinational team
- Ability to work autonomously as well as take guidance from the Head Chef
- Passionate about what they do and enjoy cooking multiple styles of cuisines and cooking methods.
- Creative, Calm, Calculated, open minded, Able to multitask, strong communication skills, time management, Strong attention to detail.
- Patience & Willingness to assist training the rest of the galley alongside the Head Chef.Fluent English both written and oral
Qualifications required:
- NVQ level 2 or above, or equivalent qualification in catering & hospitality.
- Ship Cook Certificates
- Fully updated STCW
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
- Seaman’s Discharge Book
- Covid Vaccinated with Booster (Client request)
