Summary

Rotational 2nd Chef – Support Vessel 90m+

  • Start date: 17th of December 
  • Location: Europe / Middle East
  • Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid day Leave (3:3)

 Experience and attributes required:

  • Strong awareness of workplace hygiene and personal hygiene
  • Solid Leadership skills, ability to manage a multinational team
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as take guidance from the Head Chef
  • Passionate about what they do and enjoy cooking multiple styles of cuisines and cooking methods.
  • Creative, Calm, Calculated, open minded, Able to multitask, strong communication skills, time management, Strong attention to detail.
  • Patience & Willingness to assist training the rest of the galley alongside the Head Chef.Fluent English both written and oral

 Qualifications required:

  • NVQ level 2 or above, or equivalent qualification in catering & hospitality.
  • Ship Cook Certificates
  • Fully updated STCW
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties 
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book
  • Covid Vaccinated with Booster (Client request)
