We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for a modern and innovative superyacht brokerage with offices in Central London. The marketing manager will be responsible for elevating the brand and enhancing the company\\\'s marketing strategies by taking a fresh and creative approach.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing, particularly within the yacht or luxury lifestyle sectors, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. You will need a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, influencer partnerships, and luxury branding strategies, along with strong analytical skills to conduct market research and interpret data for informed marketing decisions.
The candidate should possess a creative vision that allows them to think outside the box to engage high-net-worth individuals. Established connections within the luxury lifestyle industry will be considered a significant advantage, and a genuine passion for luxury yachting and the luxury sector is essential.
This hybrid position involves three days of work at the central London offices and two days of remote work, following a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5.30 PM. DUTIES TO INCLUDE
· Develop and implement innovative brand strategies that reflect luxury and exclusivity that resonate with affluent clientele
· Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to promote listings and services
· Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
· Produce high-quality content that appeals to the elite clientele using photography and video
· Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, focusing on lead generation and client engagement
· Work closely with internal teams and external partners, forging strong relationships that enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility
· Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
· Previous marketing experience, especially in the yacht or luxury lifestyle sectors, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, influencer partnerships, and luxury branding strategies
· Proficient in conducting market research and interpreting data to guide marketing decisions
· Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box to engage high-net-worth individuals
