Mangusta 104’ looking for a sole chef. Private program, family use, day boating primarly.
The boat is now in Viareggio for some yard/ survey period and then will be loaded in Genova to cross to Miami mid-November,
Cooking is predominantly for the 4 crew (including chef). The crew eat very healthily and have no real budget here within reason.
Cooking for the boss is seldom but they eat very simple Mediterranean style food. Pretty much a range of salads, fish and chicken. They do not do anything very exciting or complicated and so we just need a solid, clean and healthy cook.
They will be expected at quiet times to help other departments if needs be, but it will predominantly be cooking for day trips. Very seldom are their other meals onboard for guests apart from lunch and sometimes kids’ dinners.
Lots of opportunities to go home for a local candidate. Ideally someone local so that they know their way around Miami provisioning. The crew will be living onboard, and the boat is located on a dock outside the bosses’ house on La Gorce Island.
Yacht arriving from the Med end of this month. Start date to be decided on.
Female is preferred for Cabins and general split of male to female ratio.
