Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chief Engineer with a hands-on approach to join their esteemed team aboard a 59m Northern European superyacht that boasts a legacy of excellence and adventure. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of while navigating an exciting itinerary for 2024/25.
This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to take on a leadership role in maintaining the vessel, which will soon approach its 25-year survey in 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to manage both the maintenance challenges of an aging vessel and the technical operations necessary for smooth sailing.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- Minimum Y2 Engineer Certificate (preferably with Cayman Islands endorsement).
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- Proven track record as a Chief Engineer on similar-sized vessels.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
PACKAGE
- €8,500 – 9000 per month
- 8:8
- Discretionary 13th month bonus
