Summary
We are seeking a culinary trained Head Chef to join a 85m private M/Y. The ideal candidate will be an established Head Chef with excellent yachting experience, as well as a vast restaurant background.
The owner really appreciates chefs that are creative and sustainability focused, as they do spend a lot of time in places where provisioning can be challenging.
Must have great communication and leaderships skills to organise and run the galley, alongside a Sous and 3rd Chef.
This is a time for time rotational position, offering a generous salary. This position is to start within a few weeks.
