Experienced bosun for a 50mt private/charter motor yacht needed, vessel currently in South Florida
We are currently looking for an experienced and mature experienced Bosun for a 50 mt charter/private motor yacht, 3 charters already booked from now until March
At least 1 whole year on a similar size vessel as a Bosun, and a minimum of 4 year in yachting, showing a consistent progress in the career . The ideal Bosun is looking for longevity, and has strong leadership skills. He leads by example, hands on. We require a proper presence, good manners, respectful and positive attitude, a team player, no smoking, no vaping, preferably no visible tattoos but no dealbreaker
Extensive maintenance skills required, leader of a team of 4 in total and capability to mentor the deck crew.
Strong in tender driving (42' Invincible),crane operation and water sports , must be able to hold a bridge watch.
Bahamas /Florida and Caribbean program.
Proven longevity and verifiable references.
Charter experience is a must
Fishing and diving are the main relevant skills required
Light owner usage when not in in charter, West Palm based.
