Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Chef/Galley Hand to join our dynamic team aboard an 82m charter and private yacht.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic culinary professional who is ready to contribute to a high-standard culinary experience at sea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals for guests and crew under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the galley at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Support provisioning and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role on yachts or in high-end hospitality settings.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and delicious dishes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying demands of a charter/private yacht environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary ranging from $3,000 to $3,300 USD per month.
  • 60 days of leave per year.
