We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef / Chef Chef to join our dynamic team aboard a 62m charter and private yacht.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic culinary professional who is ready to contribute to a high-standard culinary experience at sea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals for guests and crew under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the galley at all times.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Support provisioning and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role on yachts or in high-end hospitality settings.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and delicious dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
