Döhle Yacht Crew is looking for a Lead Deckhand to join a 35m M/Y. The ideal candidate will have experience in the role and qualifications to maintain watch. This is not a rotational position, but the owner would like to retain crew members for long term employment as they move up to larger yachts in the near future. Salary guidance is competitive based on experience level. Private use only, start date is immediate and based in Florida, USA. Couples will be considered, in the position of Chief Steward(ess) or Chef.
