- Crew: 3 (Captain, Cook/Stew, Mate)

Responsibilities:
- Navigate and manage the vessel through planned voyages
- Oversee maintenance, safety systems, and budgeting
- Collaborate closely with the Cook/Stew and Mate to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.
- Foster a positive crew environment
Requirements:
- U.S. CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS ONLY
- 200-ton license, experience with similar-sized vessels
- Strong mechanical skills
- SCUBA and fishing experience preferred
- Leadership and crew management skills
