Vessel Location: South Florida Seeking an experienced Chef for a Private program in Palm Beach.
The role involves cooking for the 3 crew members and 2 gluten-free owners. Male or female as you have your own cabin. Ideal candidate will live ashore locally.
MUST be a US citizen or green card holder.
Responsibilities: - Prepare meals for crew and owners - Plan and execute menus according to guest preferences and dietary requirements (Gluten Free)
- Manage the galley, including provisioning and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and organized galley
- Collaborate with the yacht's crew to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and culinary skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
