Requirements: Medical Fitness Certificate. STCW95. Schengen Visa (if needed).

We are looking for a 2nd Engineer for this 55m Private MY. Ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in the same role and on similar sized vessel. Captain is looking for a candidate who is hands-on, polite and hardworking. 

Minimum license required: III/1

Fluent English is a must.

Engine Details: CAT Diesel engines. 

Engine Department: Chief Engineer + 2nd Engineer

Other: Male due to cabin arrangements. Cabin shared with Chief Engineer

Team: No

Salary range: €5000/€5500 DOE

Package: 38 paid leave days per year 

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
