Chief Officer needed for 2020, 44-meter M/Y. Vessel is in Fort Lauderdale and actively for sale. Candidate will be ready to step in as a Relief Captain as current Captain is taking courses throughout the day. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong hospitality mentality and will instill a culture of excellence and service amongst and between all crew members; safety must be a top priority at all times. Must have strong references both verbal and written.

Skills and Attributes Required:
- Strong knowledge of all Bridge, Navigation, Safety, and Deck Procedures
- Proven leadership skills, leads by example, exhibits a strong work ethic
- Must have strong handling skills for large tenders, must be proficient in all aspects of anchoring
- Proven ISM and MLC compliance/knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation
Qualifications Required:
- Chief Mate 3000 Minimum (Master 500 Preferred)
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Advanced Fire Fighting
- SSO
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Valid B1 Visa
