Summary
Seeking a skilled Sole Chef to join a 40-meter M/Y. Vessel will run with a team of 7 (including Chef). Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Candidate must be drama free and please no inflated egos. Candidate must exhibit flexibility, strong attention to detail, work well within a team as well as independently. Candidate who enjoys keeping up with new cooking techniques, popular flavors, and trending ingredients whilst weaving creativity within the galley. Must have proven provisioning connections worldwide. Must be experienced with cooking for dietary restrictions.
Winter 2024: SoFlo, Caribbean, and the Bahamas, Summer 2025: Mediterranean

Compensation Package: $$$ Above Industry Standard (Negotiable DOE)
Skills and Attributes Required:
• Ability to cook a variety of foods and provide a varied menu for both guests and crew
• Competent in provisioning and monitoring stock and inventories
• Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, whilst monitoring budget and waste

Qualifications Required:
• STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
• Food and Hygiene Level 2
• Ships Cook Certificate (preferred)
• Seafarers Medical Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa
