The Role – Recruitment Consultant - Italy & Southampton
Duties

Whether you’re transitioning from life on the water, diving into the exciting world of recruitment for the first time, or you\'re a seasoned recruiter seeking a fresh horizon, we’d love to talk to you. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in contributing towards overall business success, and your typical duties will be:
- Proactively sourcing candidates & filtering through applicants
- Build credible, long-lasting relationships with new clients
- Build talent pools of suitable candidates keeping in regular contact ensuring they have a good understanding of the process and opportunities
- Conducting telephone, online or in-person interview candidates to identify the most suitable applicants
- Ensure the recruitment process is professional and delivers a positive employer experience
- Meet placement revenue targets and key performance indicators both individual and team
- Updating and maintaining Hill Robinson Database with client/candidate and job information
What experience does a Recruitment Consultant need to have?
- Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of yachting – but we can teach this if not
- Able to work under pressure and work towards deadlines
- Self-motivated for success
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Energetic mindset
- Based locally to our office in Southampton
